Polis Pound Dogs - Looking for a Home

Savvas is just over a year old, fully vet checked, healthy and castrated. he is an incredibly fun-loving, good-natured guy! He walks well on his lead, listens to instructions well, and would love an active home. Savvas can be nervous in new situations, but once he is comfortable and bonds his beautiful personality shines though. Savvas is healthy and castrated. He is great with other dogs and a very well socialised boy. Savvas would like a home with either older children, or an adult household.

Troy is a German Shepherd cross. He is 2 years old, and he is fully vet checked and healthy! Troy is a very well-mannered and intelligent boy - he is super quick to learn and desperately wants to please! He already knows many basic instructions and listens well! He is a people lover and really enjoys the company of all people. Troy loves his walks and walks perfectly on his lead, being a big boy he has a lot of energy to burn off and would love to find himself an active family.

Kane is 1 and a half years old, fully vet checked, and healthy. As a beautiful full breed GSD, we are looking for an adopter who is experienced with this breed and understands the training and exercise needs of this incredible breed .

Kane is a happy and loving boy in search of a family that has time to give training, stimulating and exercising him. Kane is a highly intelligent dog, very quick to learn. Kane is highly trainable and wants to be trained - he walks well on a lead.

Hello from Jacko! 

Jacko is estimated to be around 2 years old, fit, healthy, and castrated.  This beautiful boy is just full of love for life! Jacko is full of energy, and he is playful with a good nature. We feel he would suit a family home and a home that can commit to the exercise he needs. Jacko is great with other dogs and loves people. If you're looking for a small-medium dog full of personality, then Jacko is waiting for you!

Alexis is a gorgeous pointer cross, fully vet checked and healthy! Our vet estimates she is around 1 year old and has been spayed. Alexia is a high-energy, high fun dog FULL of character! She is looking for a very active home, with lots of outdoor activity to match her love of adventure! Alexis is great with all other dogs, but can be a little boisterous with her excitement - so a home with no children or a home with older children will suit her personality. 

Chrissy is a GSD cross. She has been fully vet checked and is a healthy girl! She has a small blemish on her left eye. It is likely from an old injury and it causes her no pain or discomfort, and she has full vision from the eye - so there is no need to do anything. 

Chrissy is just over a year old. We don't believe she is going to grow much more. She is a super sociable and confident girl, great with other dogs and people. Chrissy listens well to instructions and wants to please.

Crystal is still waiting for her happy ever after! 

This gorgeous girl is a hunting mix, around 1 year old - she has been vet checked and is very healthy and has been spayed. Crystal is a gentle natured dog. She is happy and loving - the perfect addition to a family home. Crystal is a very sociable dog and is great with people and dogs. She would be great in a home with other dogs or in a home as the only dog with lots of company from her family.

Dante is around 5 years old, she came to us from a different shelter, so we don't know her full history. When she arrived, she was petrified,

Dante has improved so much whilst being in our care! She now realises that life can be good and she is the sweetest, most gentle girl. Dante is very nervous in new situations- but once she realises she is safe, she learns to trust. Dante LOVES her walks, and this is definitely when she is happiest. She is a very quiet, easy-going girl 

This is Brandie! 

You won't find a sweeter, more loving dog than Brandie! This girl is sweet, loving, and loves to be the center of attention! She likes to be involved in everything and makes the most wonderful companion. Brandie does have Leishmanias but this is completely under control, she has zero symptoms and she only needs her daily medication to live a happy and normal life. Brandie is great with other dogs and perfect on the lead. She loves her walks but doesn't need excessive exercise. 

Norman still needs to find his forever home 

Norman is a very gentle and sweet natured boy. He is a little timid in new situations but soon learns to trust. Norman is going to be the most loyal best friend to his new family - he wants to be loved so much! Norman walks beautifully on his lead and would love a home with plenty of countryside to explore. Beautiful Norman has been fully vet checked, and he is a healthy boy - just over 1 year old.

 Meet George 

This handsome gentleman has just turned a year old. He is fully vet checked, healthy, and castrated. 

George is a fun-loving boy. He is such a joyous character and just loves life! George loves his walks and exploring the big outside world and is learning to walk on his lead! This beautifully natured boy would be great in a family home. He is great with all the people he meets and is great with other dogs too! George would love to find his forever home in time for our next flight

Evie is a happy, loving girl, fully vet checked and healthy. We believe she is around 3 years old. She loves the attention of people and is super friendly! Evie loves her walks, and she walks great on a lead. Evie can be re-homed with submissive males. However, she would also be happy to be homed as the only dog. Evie is going to make one very lucky family the most fantastic loyal companion.

 Hello from Thor
Thor has had his vet checks and confirmation that he is a healthy dog - we estimate he is around 2 years old. Thor is just one of the friendliest dogs ever! He absolutely craves affection and attention! Thor gets on with other dogs, he walks beautifully on his lead and full of fun and goofiness. Thor is going to make one very luckily family very happy!

 Hello from Bertie

Bertie is around 3 years old, healthy and castrated. He is an extremely nervous dog but has never ever shown any signs of aggressive behaviour. He can be picked up without issue and will move to his safe space if he feels uncomfortable. He loves all other dogs, and they help him feel more confident, so we do need to find a home with another dog. Bertie will need a home with no children.

Faye is estimated to be around 2 years old. We have had her fully vet checked and tested, she has a clean bill or health and has been spayed. 

Faye is a dominant female, so she would be best with a none dominant male, and would be more than happy to be the only dog! Faye has a spark for adventure and would love a very active home, with plenty of walks and mental stimulation. This girl is full of personality and is fantastic company, she is eager to please and quick to learn!
